Effective leadership strategies are essential to for any company or organization to be profitable or successful. This is especially true if your organization is a global competitor in a market sector that depends on innovation and teamwork to be profitable. In 2006, after 103 years of manufacturing some of the world’s most iconic automobiles, Ford Motor Company faced a financial crisis of nearly $13 billion in annual loss.
